ShopFindio is a directory of malls, shops and related visitor information. These terms explain how to use the public website.
Using directory information
Opening hours, shop availability, services and other details may change. Listings may be incomplete or contain errors, and a source-check date does not guarantee that information is still current. Verify important details directly with the venue before travelling or making a decision. Directions point to the mall and may not identify a shop entrance.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not disrupt the service, overload it with automated requests, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software or use directory details to harass others. Do not misrepresent ShopFindio or a listed venue when reusing information.
Links and content ownership
Links to venue websites and Google Maps take you to services controlled by others. Their terms apply when you use them. A listing or link does not by itself mean endorsement or affiliation. Trademarks, logos, photographs and source content belong to their respective rights holders. Displaying them in the directory does not grant permission to reuse them beyond what the rights holder or applicable law allows.
Service availability and responsibility
ShopFindio provides information to help you discover venues; it does not promise uninterrupted access or guarantee every listing’s accuracy, completeness or suitability for your plans. Purchases and services arranged with venues are handled by those venues. Consider these limits when relying on the directory. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
